Section 1

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the sis6x platform and any of its services. By visiting the sis6x website, creating an account, or using any service, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

sis6x is an online betting and casino platform designed for users in Bangladesh. The platform operates on the basis of SSL encryption and fair play principles.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the sis6x website and all associated services.
• "User" means any registered account holder.
• "Wager" means any money spent on placing a bet or playing a casino game.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit provided by sis6x.

1.2 Applicability

These Terms must be read together with the sis6x Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling guidelines, and any other published policies. The documents mentioned are complementary to one another.

Section 2

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on sis6x, you must be 21 years of age or older. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or from the same household is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be cancelled and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. If any personal information changes, notify the sis6x support team immediately. Providing false or incomplete information may prevent account verification.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. sis6x will not be held liable if you share your login details with a third party or transfer your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the support team immediately.

Section 3

Account Verification

sis6x reserves the right to verify every account in order to maintain a secure environment. The verification process is essential for the security of deposits and withdrawals.

3.1 Required Documents

The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

3.2 Verification Timeframe

sis6x will make every effort to complete verification as quickly as possible after receiving documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods may be used to deposit funds at sis6x: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

To withdraw funds from sis6x:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if the account has not been fully verified.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Winnings earned from bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

sis6x offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total of ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳28,000 or more → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet a 15x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period; the bonus will be cancelled once the period ends.
• Bonus funds cannot be directly transferred to another account.
• If the same person claims bonuses through multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• sis6x reserves the right to change bonus terms at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The sis6x VIP Program has three tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver tier: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold tier: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Tier levels are determined based on user activity and engagement. sis6x sets the specific criteria for moving to a higher tier.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All bets and games on sis6x are conducted entirely by electronic means. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently audited.

6.2 Betting Provisions

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In the case of an incomplete bet due to a technical error, sis6x will decide whether to refund the relevant amount.
• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the wagered amount will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets across various sports including cricket (T20, BPL, IPL, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), and kabaddi. Markets may vary depending on the nature of the event.

6.4 Casino Games

Slots, live casino, and table games are part of the sis6x game portfolio. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sis6x platform:

7.1 Fraud & Deception

• Operating an account using a false identity.
• Placing deliberate bets with the aim of abusing the bonus system.
• Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times through multiple accounts.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.

7.2 Money Laundering

Using the sis6x platform as a vehicle for money laundering or illegal activities is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately cancelled and the relevant authorities may be notified.

7.3 Software Abuse

• Using bots, automated software, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or to harm others.
• Attempting to introduce viruses or malicious code.

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by sis6x

sis6x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or evidence of fraud.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• In the interest of user safety (responsible gaming reasons).

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. Any outstanding funds must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Funds During Suspension

Funds will remain safe while the account is suspended. Once the investigation is complete, a decision will be made to return or forfeit the funds in accordance with the rules.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Limitations

sis6x strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, however we are not liable for the following:

• Service disruptions due to internet connectivity issues.
• Issues related to third-party software or hardware.
• Unexpected technical failures or maintenance.
• Faults with the user's own device.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

sis6x is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or special damages. Our liability is limited solely to direct damages, and even then only up to the value of the relevant transaction.

9.3 Betting Decisions

Every bet is placed at the user's own discretion. sis6x is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from betting. Betting and gaming are for entertainment purposes — not as a source of income.

10.1 Data Collection & Use

Information provided at the time of registration will be used solely for account management, verification, and service delivery purposes. Data is not sold to third parties.

Responsible Gaming

11.1 Self-Control Tools
